We act with the future in mind
Today we decide what tomorrow will look like.
At TM TECHNOLOGIE, we believe that modern business cannot exist without responsibility. Our strategy incorporates environmental, social, and governance aspects, as we take action to foster the organization’s responsible development.
Certificates of quality and technical standards.
Our solutions comply with the requirements of the various markets, making them ready for deployment worldwide. Through advanced testing and carefully controlled manufacturing processes, we deliver technologies that build trust with partners and lighting system designers in more than 45 countries. For us, certification is not just a formality, it is an assurance of reliability, innovation and the global standard that distinguishes the TM TECHNOLOGIE brand.

Integrated Management System
The organisation’s Integrated Management System allows us to have a broader understanding of the needs of the employees, customers and contractors we work with. We meet the requirements of international standards: ISO 9001 (Quality Management), ISO 14001 (Environmental Management) and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety Management), as proven by the certificates received. Management systems compliant with ISO standards are part of our approach to managing environmental, social, and organizational issues. By using them, our organisation can effectively manage data, minimise the risk of errors and increase the transparency of operations, which helps to build the organisational culture, increase stakeholder trust and reinforce our market position.

Measures to promote social sustainable development:

- continuous improvement of staff qualifications
- increased safety standards through video monitoring
- providing workers with high quality PPE
- introduction of a Personal Data Protection Policy
- replacing bottled water with filtered tap water
A team committed to global accounts
As part of the value chain, in accordance with the requirements of the ISO standards, the process of raw material procurement has been analysed, the conditions of cooperation with suppliers defined, the criteria for their evaluation established, and a register of classified suppliers is maintained. We work with partners who share similar values to ours.
We also care about our stakeholders (customers), to whom we dedicate training courses and conferences as part of the TM ACADEMY. The TM ACADEMY promotes a culture of responsible use of lighting equipment, raising awareness and knowledge among our partners.
Code of Conduct
By implementing its Code of Conduct, TM TECHNOLOGIE emphasizes the importance of transparency, accountability, and trust in social and business relationships. It sets the standards that guide us in our daily work, shaping our organizational culture. It supports the building of our credibility in long-term relationships with customers. It is an essential element of our sustainable development strategy. We have appointed a Management Board Representative for Ethics to support the company’s development in accordance with ethical principles and good market practices.

We are a manufacturing company that has an ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System in place
Environment
We are a manufacturing company with an ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System, certified by DEKRA certification body. As part of our environmental management system, we identify and monitor the environmental aspects of our operations, as well as the associated risks and opportunities to prevent their occurrence.
The ISO 14001:2015-compliant system establishes a framework for managing and monitoring the environmental aspects of our operations, as well as for defining actions aimed at mitigating the negative environmental impact of our activities. This provides the opportunity to monitor environmental aspects, conduct regular analyses, evaluate the effectiveness of actions and set the right course that minimises adverse environmental impact. An important element of the organisation’s operations is risk management, based on the identification, monitoring and evaluation of both risks and opportunities, which are reviewed and updated periodically, both in the context of the market and climate change. The annual internal and external ISO 14001:2015 audits analyse the current situation, identify issues in the ESG strategy and build awareness of areas for follow-up and improvement.
As part of our environmental management, we carry out the following activities, among others:
- modern production lines, the efficiency and operating parameters of which we monitor with regard to energy consumption, process safety, and the reduction of pollutant emissions.
- we provide servicing options for selected products, allowing for their continued use rather than premature replacement.
- regular inspection and servicing of machines to maintain their efficiency
- reuse of materials for production (plastics)
- we use cardboard unit and bulk packaging that meets recycling requirements.
- strict segregation of waste
- employee education on environmental management (100% staff trained, and applied to each new hire)
- waste collection by specialised companies
- keeping records of waste and issuing waste transfer notes in the BDO system
- using hybrid vehicles in part of the fleet and measures aimed at reducing fuel consumption.
- an ergonomic office equipped with ventilation and a heat recovery system.
